Studies of organic landscapes are explorations of the organic patterns and movement that can be found in the natural world.
The artworks are inspired by the details of the mountains, forests and waters of Northern Finland and Northern Norway. Each piece has their own unique texture and palette, shaped by natural elements.

Artwork is created with my signature texture and acrylic on heavyweight 640 g/m² fine art paper.
Please note that slight variations in size and symmetry are intentional part of the character of each piece. The painting can be framed in a style of your choice and with or without a passepartout.

I’m in awe of the details in the natural world
I look at the landscapes and zoom in on the patterns and textures
that remind me of movement
the nature of existence
the ever-changing current

we are a part of

I look at the details and wonder
how even in the roughness of all this
there’s also the other side
beauty
that can only be witnessed when we look closely enough

Willing to not only seek comfort
but acceptance
For the rhythm
for the changing currents
And for what it means
to be alive
